Replacements - yes - but not for 7 to 10 working days!
They are pretty, work as well as (but no better than) other brands in the same price range. I bought them because of the warrantee which SOUNDED great but, in practice, not so much.
Yes, they will 'replace the unit for free'.
BUT, what they don't tell you in the warrantee is that the FASTEST delivery time is 7 to 10 days unless you are willing to pay for 'expedited shipping' which STILL takes a MINIMUM of 2 to 3 days!
So, you have the option of (1) paying for a new faucet to get your repairs done quickly OR (2) you can wait for 3 to 10 days while your water is turned off OR leaking so severely that the cost of the water would be more than a new faucet.
AND the so-called "customer service personnel" are less-than-polite, don't speak English well (thank goodness I speak Spanish - but WHY should I have to in the USA?!) and really have no sense of what Customer Service is supposed to be and that includes the Managerial levels!
I will NEVER buy another one.

I guess I'm one of the few where it worked out. I see many people having trouble getting a hold of customer service.
I think perhaps the fact that I reached out via the email process in the customer service page and provided photographs of my issues helped get the ball rolling within a day or two.
I would then call in per the email response and provide the case number.
Within the week I would get my free replacement parts courtesy of the lifetime warranty.
To me that is great service.
I only know of a few other companies who offer this level of service still. And it hasn't failed in 5 times that I've had to reach out.
For context, I have 13 Price Pfister faucets throughout the house, all purchased and installed in 2007.
User's recommendation: Try the email option for customer support and have your receipt ready if you have not yet registered your product.

Looking to talk to somebody about replacing a faulty part that I got
I was hand, tightening the sprayer handle on the hose and it snapped off. Im having a hard time getting a hold of anybody at price.
Pfister and I have not had a returned email yet five days ago. frustrating frustrating frustrating frustrating frustrating frustrating. Frustrating
OK update : I finally got a hold of customer service after calling about six times and being hung up on once I explain the situation to the representative and they said that they would mail me out a part the sprayer nozzle for the kitchen sink theyre going to mail it to my customer where the Fossett is broke they said itll arrive in 7 to 10 days.
I will update this review after I receive it. I cant believe I have to go through so much crap a consumer should not have to do all of this because of their negligence or faulty products well see what happens.
