A licensed contractor installed a Pfister faucet I personally selected in mid-January. 2 days ago, I walked into my kitchen and found the floor was soaking wet.

I shut off the water and called a plumber I knew to be reputable who determined that the faucet had not been properly assembled and was a hair’s breadth from coming apart completely. I suspect you won’t do anything about this OR the $213.00 it cost me to have him come and correct your manufacturing oversight and that I will have to settle for posting my displeasure on Social Media but really, who inspects your products?

I guess I should have picked a Kohler.
