Bought a Pfister kitchen faucet. Had plumber come over to instal it only to find a wrong part had been included in box.

Pfister advised us they only send replacement parts so we told them we were returning the faucet. Checked to see if the store had anymore of the same model faucets - the three remaining boxes when opened all contained the wrong part. Had to have plumber replace the old faucet as we had to use our sink. A couple of days later, we receive a package from Pfister - the replacement part.

Like we really needed it since we no longer have the faucet??? Sent our invoice to Pfister to see if they would recompense the plumbing bill - to no avail. So now we are out for the plumber's house visit plus the time he spent taking out our old faucet and replacing same. And Pfister thinks we are happy with a replacement part we can no longer use.

Their customer service is total *** - as is their quality control. Won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Monetary Loss: $300.
