Resolved: Pfister - Resolved...finally
Finally received the new replacement faucet assembly. Price honored their warranty but it took far too long. I originally ordered the assembly on May 9th and just received the new assembly on May 29.
I originally contacted Pfister's technical support on May 9 because of a defect in the internal component of the kitchen faucet. The tech support people agreed to replace the entire faucet assembly on that date.
I just received the assembly yesterday evening after numerous calls to the corporate office.
The excuse was always the same. The company was in the process of combining warehouses and they were backed up on completing orders. I explained that I had a leak that rendered the faucet unusable and asked if I could pay for overnight shipping of the replacement assembly. The answer was always "no."
I installed the new assembly last night, thanks to Price honoring the lifetime warranty, albeit a long wait to resolve the issue.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
