called for parts, waited 12 days, no parts, called again, they said parts were back ordered, said it would be 4-6 weeks.. on a two hundred dollar facuet, had less than one year...will never buy a pfister product, customer service deplorable , contact person at service center could not speak clear English, heavy dilect... creates real problems...

no more never.. it is also a reflection on companies that carry their product...why would their employees not know at time you called them that they did not have parts, and apparently had to order from china or somewhere , this high priced product was made in china

very overrated company.. live and learn

We have called 3 times and they tell you it has shipped, still not sure how they are "shipping" it. The fauscet drips from the holes that should be a spray even if you don't press for it for that function. Very disappointed
